Project Description
The 25 MW Solar PV Project is a utility-scale renewable energy facility commissioned in 2024 to generate clean electricity through advanced solar photovoltaic technology. The project represents one of Nepal's newer large-scale solar developments and contributes significantly to expanding the country's renewable energy capacity.
Registered under the International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC) framework, the project is RE100 Eligible, enabling organizations to procure internationally recognized renewable electricity certificates. By supplying clean solar energy to the grid, the project supports Nepal's growing renewable energy ambitions and contributes to the country's long-term clean energy transition.
