The 4.2 MW KCIL Waste Heat to Power Bundled Project is an industrial energy efficiency initiative that captures waste heat generated during manufacturing processes and converts it into useful electricity through Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) technology. Instead of allowing excess thermal energy to dissipate, the project utilizes this recovered heat to generate power, improving overall energy efficiency while reducing dependence on conventional electricity sources.
Registered under the Universal Carbon Registry (UCR), the project delivers verified carbon credits by reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with industrial energy consumption.
