Project Description
The 123.88 MW KP Group Solar Wind & Hybrid Project is a large-scale integrated renewable energy initiative developed by KP Group (KPI Green Energy / KP Energy) in Gujarat, India. The project combines solar photovoltaic and wind power generation within a hybrid energy infrastructure to maximize renewable electricity production and improve overall generation efficiency.
Registered under the Universal Carbon Registry (UCR), the project generates verified carbon credits by supplying clean electricity from multiple renewable energy sources while reducing dependence on conventional fossil fuel-based power generation. The integrated hybrid approach improves energy availability by utilizing complementary solar and wind resources, contributing to a more reliable and efficient renewable energy system.
