The 20.5 MW PIPL Waste Heat to Power Bundled Project is a large-scale industrial energy efficiency initiative developed by Panoli Intermediates (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) in Nandesari Village, Vadodara District, Gujarat. The project captures waste heat generated during industrial operations and converts it into useful electricity through advanced Waste Heat to Power (WHP) technology.
Registered under the Universal Carbon Registry (UCR), the project continuously reduces greenhouse gas emissions by utilizing recovered thermal energy that would otherwise be lost. By generating electricity from waste heat, the project improves overall plant energy efficiency, reduces dependence on conventional grid electricity, and supports sustainable industrial decarbonization through verified carbon credit generation.
