Jatin works across business development, product development, and go-to-market at PRAN. His focus is on building the relationships and product systems needed to make the platform useful for buyers, developers, institutions, and long-term partners.
Climate finance is moving from a specialist conversation into a much broader agenda, with issues around climate capital, carbon markets, and transition finance increasingly discussed across forums such as the G20, G7, BRICS, and COP. Jatin is focused on where PRAN fits into that shift — building practical infrastructure for how climate-finance activity can be connected, evaluated, and transacted in India.
At PRAN, he works on product development, market expansion, collaborations, and go-to-market, while helping shape the longer-term direction of the platform. The goal is straightforward: help build the climate-finance infrastructure India will need as the market grows.

Nitin founded PRAN on a simple observation: India has the projects, the capital, and the demand for carbon credits — but no neutral infrastructure connecting them. Buyers cannot screen quality. Developers cannot reach counterparties who actually transact. Settlement runs on trust rather than systems.
PRAN is the answer to that gap — the financial-infrastructure layer for the carbon market. Not a green brand and not an offset reseller: the rails. Registry-backed listings, transparent pricing, escrow-based settlement, and an audit trail a finance team can defend.
He leads product direction and market strategy, and works directly with the buyers, developers, and institutions building on the platform.
