About this project

The Blue Carbon Project is an innovative ocean-based carbon removal initiative located in Baja California, Mexico, utilizing the proprietary Sea Cave® True Blue Carbon® technology to remove atmospheric CO₂ while restoring degraded marine ecosystems.

The project enhances natural carbon sequestration through macroalgae (kelp) photosynthesis, artificial reef development, and long-term storage of marine carbon. Beyond climate mitigation, it creates habitats for fish and marine species, supports sustainable fisheries, and promotes healthier ocean ecosystems.
